Delete your account — Ludo Arena

You can delete your Ludo Arena account and the data attached to it at any time, either inside the app or by writing to us. You do not need the app installed to ask us.

In the app

Open Ludo Arena and go to Settings.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out. If you play again later, you start with a new account.

By e-mail, if you no longer have the app

Write to [email protected] with the subject Ludo Arena account deletion.

Tell us your friend code (shown on your Profile, starting with u_) and your display name. The app never asks for an e-mail address or phone number, so these are how we find your account. If we cannot be sure which account is yours, we write back before deleting anything.

We answer and complete deletion requests within 30 days.

Short-lived game data held in our servers' memory, such as other players' recent-players lists and the weekly ranking, expires on its own within 21 days.

Deletion is permanent. Coins, diamonds, progress, items and friends cannot be restored or moved to another account. Deleting your account does not cancel or refund a purchase; refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple.

What does not delete your account

Uninstalling the app or signing out does not delete your account, because it is kept on our servers. If you sign out of a guest account without saving your progress, you can no longer reach it, but it still exists until you delete it as described above.
