Game modes

Three ways to race home

Every mode is for 2 to 4 players, online, with friends or against the computer.

  1. Ludo Classic

    Four tokens each. Roll a 6 to leave base, capture other players' tokens, use the safe squares and bring all four home first.

  2. Quick Ludo

    The same board with two tokens each, and a token leaves base on a 1 or a 6, for a shorter game.

  3. Snakes & Ladders

    Climb the ladders, slide down the snakes and be the first to land exactly on square 100.

  4. Practice

    Play any mode against computer players. Practice is free: no coins, but you still earn XP and mission progress.

Play with anyone, anywhere

  • Play online

    Quick Play finds you a public match. Pick Ludo or Snakes & Ladders and join a table of 2 to 4 players.

  • Private rooms

    Create a room and share its six-character code. Friends tap Join with Code and you play together.

  • Friends and invites

    Add friends with a friend code, invite them to your room and see how you compare in the weekly ranking.

  • Missions and levels

    Daily and weekly missions, limited-time cups and XP levels, with coins, diamonds and items to win along the way.

  • Collection Room

    Dice, tokens, boards, frames and emotes. Every item is cosmetic and has a fixed way to get it: no random boxes, no gameplay advantage.

  • Play now, save later

    Start as a guest with no sign-up. On the same phone your guest progress usually comes back after a reinstall, and Save Progress with Google, Facebook or Apple keeps it on any phone.

  • Fair dice

    Every roll and every move is decided on our game servers, not on a phone, so nobody can load the dice.

  • Quick chat and emotes

    Say “Good game!” or send an emote with a tap. Chat uses ready-made phrases only, with no free-text messages.

  • Five languages

    English, हिन्दी, اردو, Bahasa Indonesia and العربية. Arabic and Urdu read right to left.

Fair and friendly play

  • For everyone. Ludo Arena is a general-audience game, rated 3+.
  • Virtual coins only. Coins and diamonds are virtual game items you earn by playing or get in an optional coin pack. They have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, cashed out, transferred, sold or exchanged for money or anything of value. There is no real-money gambling.
  • No ads, optional purchases. The game shows no ads. The Shop offers optional coin packs of virtual coins and diamonds; you never have to buy anything to play. Google Play or the App Store handles the payment, and we never see your card or payment details. Refunds go through Google Play or Apple, and the coins and diamonds of a refunded pack are taken back.
  • Report a player. If someone cheats, uses an offensive name, behaves abusively or stalls the game, report them from the match. Our team reviews every report, and the reported player is never told who reported them.

Ludo Arena is in development and not yet available in any app store.
