Privacy Policy

Tile Park · Sun Game Studio
Effective 16 October 2026 · Last updated 25 October 2026

This policy explains what Tile Park collects, why, and what it does not collect. It describes the app as it actually behaves. If we change what the app collects, we change this page and the date above with it.

In short: Tile Park has no account and no sign-up. Your progress stays on your device, with a copy in your own iCloud or Google backup so a reinstall can restore it; we never receive it. The app downloads levels and pictures from our content server. Ads appear only when you choose to watch one, to revive a game or for one more Undo, Hint or Shuffle, and they are served by Google AdMob. If you say you are under 13, ads are child-directed and not personalized. We count how many people play and how levels go with Google Analytics for Firebase, without advertising identifiers and without your age answer. Google Play Games sign-in is optional.

1. Who we are

Tile Park (“Tile Park: Puzzles” on the App Store and Google Play; formerly Brain Train) is a Mahjong tile-matching puzzle game published by Sun Game Studio, India. For anything in this policy, write to [email protected].

2. What stays on your device

WhatWhy
Your game progress: levels won, best times, scores and combos, and the game you left unfinished So you can continue where you stopped and replay levels
Your settings (sound, vibration)To remember your choices
Your answer to the age question, kept only as "under 13" or "13 and over" (not your birth year) To choose which kind of ads may be shown (section 4)
Downloaded levels and picturesSo levels you already have play without internet

None of this is sent to us. We have no server that stores players' data. Uninstalling the app, or clearing its data in your phone's settings, deletes it from the phone.

Your own cloud copy. So that your progress survives a reinstall or a new phone, the app keeps a copy in your own account, which only you (and Apple or Google, who store it) can access:

  • On iPhone and iPad: your levels won with their best results, and your sound, music, vibration and tutorial settings, in your iCloud (Apple's iCloud key-value storage). Not your age answer and not the unfinished game. Turn it off for the app under Settings → your name → iCloud.
  • On Android: the app's saved settings and progress (including the age answer) in your phone's Google backup, if backup is turned on. Downloaded levels and pictures are not backed up. Manage it under Settings → Google → Backup.

3. Level downloads

The app downloads level files and their pictures from our content server, which runs on Cloudflare. Like any website, the server receives your IP address and basic request details (for example the file asked for and the app's network library). We use these only to deliver the files; we do not combine them with anything else or use them to identify you. Cloudflare processes them under its privacy policy.

4. Ads (Google AdMob)

When a game ends with a full tray, you can tap Revive to watch a rewarded video ad and get your tiles back, and when an Undo, Hint or Shuffle has no use left you can watch one for one more. Ads are shown only then, and only when you choose to watch. They are served by Google AdMob.

To show and measure an ad and to prevent fraud, Google's ad SDK collects information from your device, such as the device model and operating system, your IP address (and from it an approximate location), ad interactions and, for players aged 13 and over, the device's advertising ID. Google processes it under the Google Privacy Policy; see also how Google uses information from apps that use its services.

  • Under 13 (from the age question): every ad request is marked as child-directed and as for a user under the age of consent, ads are limited to content rated G, and ads are not personalized. This follows Google Play's Families policy.
  • 13 and over: ads are rated up to PG. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google's consent form asks for your choice first, and you can change it at any time in Settings → Privacy choices.
  • You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your phone's Google settings.

5. Usage statistics (Google Analytics for Firebase)

To see how many people are playing and how the levels go (which are too hard, where players give up), the app sends usage events to Google Analytics for Firebase: when a level starts and ends (won or lost, with its score, time and pairs matched), when you restart, revive or use Undo, Hint or Shuffle, which screen is open, and the app's session start and length. Google's SDK adds the device model, operating system, app version, language and your IP address, from which Google derives an approximate location (country or city) and then discards it.

  • Events are tied to a random app identifier created on your device (it is reset when you reinstall the app), never to your name, email or advertising ID. The app turns off advertising ID collection and every use of these statistics for ads.
  • The statistics are the same for every player and never include your age answer.
  • In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the app does not store that identifier: events are sent without it.

We use the statistics only in aggregate, to improve the game. Google processes them under the Google Privacy Policy; event-level data is kept for 2 months (Google Analytics' shortest setting) and only totals are kept longer. See also privacy and security in Firebase.

6. Google Play Games and Game Center (optional)

If you are signed in to Google Play Games on your phone, Tile Park can show your achievements and leaderboards. Your Play Games profile and the scores and achievements the game reports are handled by Google under the Google Privacy Policy. We do not receive your email address. You can play without signing in.

On iPhone and iPad, players aged 13 and over who are signed in to Apple Game Center see Tile Park’s achievements and leaderboards the same way; Apple handles them under its privacy policy. Game Center is never started for players under 13.

7. What we do not collect

  • No account, name, email address or phone number.
  • No location permission, contacts, photos, camera or microphone.
  • No tracking: nothing the app collects is used to follow you across other companies' apps or websites, and the usage statistics (section 5) carry no advertising identifier. No crash-reporting service.
  • No in-app purchases and no payment details.
  • No chat or other content shared with other players.

8. Children

Tile Park is suitable for all ages, including children. At first launch it asks for the player's birth year with a neutral question. If the answer is under 13, the app treats the player as a child: ads are child-directed, non-personalized and rated G (section 4). The usage statistics (section 5) are the same for everyone: they carry no name, contact details or advertising identifier. The app collects no personal information from children for itself. Parents or guardians who have a question can write to [email protected].

9. Your rights and choices

Because your progress stays on your device and in your own iCloud or Google backup, you control it: clear the app's data or uninstall the app to delete it from the phone, and turn off iCloud or Google backup for the app to stop the cloud copy. You can change your ad consent in Settings → Privacy choices (where it applies) and your advertising ID in your phone's settings. Reinstalling the app gives it a new random identifier for the usage statistics. For data that Google processes for ads, usage statistics or Play Games, see Google's privacy policy. You can also write to us with any request; we answer within 30 days. These rights apply wherever you live, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the EU and UK GDPR.

10. Changes

When the app starts collecting something new, or stops, we update this page and the dates at the top.
