King Teen Patti · Sun Game Studio · Effective 9 September 2026 · Last updated 10 September 2026
This policy explains what King Teen Patti collects, why, and what we do not collect. It describes the app as it actually behaves. If we change what the app collects, we change this page and the date above with it.
King Teen Patti is not a gambling app. Chips are virtual game credits. They are bought with money but cannot be sold, transferred, redeemed, withdrawn or exchanged for money or anything of value. There are no cash prizes and no payouts. Winning or losing chips has no financial consequence.
1. Who we are
King Teen Patti is published by Sun Game Studio, a sole proprietorship based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. For anything in this policy, including a request to delete your account, write to support@sungamestudio.com.
2. What we collect
You can play as a guest, or sign in with Google. There is no sign-up form and we never ask you for a password: guest play needs nothing from you at all, and signing in with Google hands us only what Google shows you on its own consent screen.
- A device identifier, sent once when the app first starts. Used to recognise the same device on a later visit, so your chips and stats are still there. Never stored as given: it is hashed the moment it arrives (SHA-256) and only the hash is written down. We cannot recover the original from it.
- A display name you type, or the one Google gives us when you sign in with Google. Shown to other players at the table. Kept until you delete your account.
- If, and only if, you sign in with Google: your email address, the name and profile picture on your Google account, and the account identifier Google issues for this app. Used so the same account finds you on a new phone. We do not email you, and the address is never shown to other players. Choosing Guest instead means none of this is ever sent.
- Game data: your chip balance, hands played, won and lost, biggest pot, lifetime winnings, chosen avatar, and when you last collected a bonus. Used to run the game and show your statistics. Kept until you delete your account.
- A record of each chip purchase: the product bought and the receipt identifier Google Play gives us. Used to credit the chips you paid for and to make sure the same receipt is never credited twice. Kept as a financial record.
- Table chat you send, shown to the other players at your table. Held in memory only, never written to our database. The last 100 messages at a table are kept so someone joining can see the conversation; they are gone when the table closes or the server restarts.
3. What we do not collect
- No phone number, postal address or date of birth, ever, by any route. No name or email address either, unless you choose to sign in with Google, in which case section 2 says exactly what that gives us.
- Nothing else from your Google account. Signing in grants us your basic profile only: no Gmail, no Drive, no contacts, no calendar.
- No location of any kind. The app never requests location access.
- No contacts, photos, files, microphone or camera. The app's only Android permission is INTERNET.
- No payment card details. Google Play takes the payment; we never see the card, the bank or the amount charged.
- No advertising identifier, and no advertising.
4. Third parties
The app contains no analytics, advertising, tracking or crash reporting services. Nothing measures you inside the app. Three Google services are involved:
- Google Play Billing processes chip purchases. Google handles the payment and tells our server that a purchase completed, so the chips can be added. Google's handling of your payment is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
- Google Play tells the app when a newer version is available, so it can ask you to update.
- Google Sign-In is what asks whether you agree to share your Google profile with this app. It runs only if you choose that button; playing as a guest never calls it.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers or anyone else. We disclose it only if the law requires it.
5. Where it is kept, and how it is protected
Data is held on our servers in Mumbai, India, and is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) between the app and the server. Access to the server is restricted to the people who run the game.
6. Deleting your account
You can have your account and everything attached to it deleted. See Delete your account for the steps, or write to support@sungamestudio.com from the device you play on, telling us the display name you play under.
We delete your display name, your avatar choice, your statistics, your chip balance, the hash of your device identifier and, if you signed in with Google, your email address, your profile picture and the Google account identifier, which frees that Google account to start again from scratch. Purchase records are kept, with your identity removed, because tax and accounting law requires a record of transactions. Deletion is permanent: purchased chips are not refunded and the account cannot be recovered.
Uninstalling the app does not delete your account, because the account lives on our server. Ask us and we will delete it.
7. Children
King Teen Patti is a card game with simulated gambling and is not directed at children. It is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has created an account, write to us and we will delete it.
8. Your rights
You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@sungamestudio.com and we will respond within 30 days. This applies wherever you are; if you are in India, it is also what the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 entitles you to.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect.
