Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of mobile games and related services provided by Sun Game Studio ("we", "us"), Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. By installing or playing our games you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using them you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play our games on a device you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your device and any linked sign-in account secure and for all activity under your account. Do not share accounts. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

4. Virtual items and chips

Games may include virtual chips, coins or items ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items have no monetary value, are not your property, cannot be redeemed for real money, and cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged outside the game. Purchases of Virtual Items are made through Google Play and are final except as required by law or Google Play policy. We may change, limit or remove Virtual Items at any time.

5. No gambling

Our card games are for entertainment only. No real money is wagered and nothing of real-world value can be won. Success in social games does not imply future success in real-money gambling.

6. Fair play

You agree not to cheat, use bots, mods, emulator exploits or unauthorised third-party software; collude with other players; harass or abuse other players; attempt to access servers or data without authorisation; or reverse-engineer, decompile or copy the games. We may take any action we consider appropriate, including permanent bans and removal of Virtual Items, for breaches.

7. Content and conduct

Any names, avatars or messages you provide must not be unlawful, offensive, infringing or impersonate others. We may remove content and restrict features at our discretion.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend or discontinue any game or feature at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for loss of progress or Virtual Items resulting from such changes, device loss, or account closure for breach.

9. Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sun Game Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
